Today, Australia joined a long list of Western nations that have banned TikTok on government devices. Attorney General Mark Dreyfus made the announcement and promised that the ban will go into effect “as soon as practical.”
Dreyfus stated in the announcement that the decision was made “after consulting with intelligence and security authorities.”
