Japanese lunar exploration company ispace has successfully launched a lander on lunar orbit

The Hakuto-R lander has entered lunar orbit after traveling through space for more than three months.

The Hakuto-R Mission 1 Lunar Lander, built by the Tokyo-based company ispace, successfully executed a lunar orbit insertion maneuver on Tuesday and is currently orbiting the Moon.
