The evidence states that Hardeep Nijjar was shot in Surrey, Canada, and later passed away. He was a member of the Canadian Sikh organization Sikh for Justice. Information about this occurrence is being gathered by Indian investigation authorities from Canadian investigative agencies.
He has reportedly been residing in Canada for a number of years and funding Khalistani terrorism against India from there, according to intelligence agency sources.
