The decentralized social media platform’s active user base “rose” by 2,94,000 over the weekend, according to Mastodon CEO Eugen Rochko.
In a Monday blog post, Rochko noted, “So, weekend tally: The number of active users across Mastodon rose by 294K, and posting activity roughly tripled.”
The site reported in March of this year that it has over 10 million registered accounts. In the meantime, the business revealed last week that Mastodon for Android has received an update with a full Material You revamp.
