Supreme Court did not grant relief on the petition seeking publication of voter voting data

Supreme Court did not grant relief on the petition seeking publication of voter voting data, said we cannot interrupt the polls

Tomorrow, May 25, is when the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections will take place. A crucial hearing about the election procedure will take place in the Supreme Court today, the day before the sixth phase of voting.

In response to an application requesting the uploading of Form 17C data on the Election Commission of India website and the disclosure of booth-by-booth voter participation statistics, the Supreme Court has declined to award any temporary respite.

Supreme Court says it cannot interrupt the polls. This application and another ongoing petition were postponed until a later date.
