Indian cricket team will not go to Pakistan to play Champions Trophy, BCCI will ask to hold the match in Dubai or Sri Lanka

ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Pakistan will host the Champions Trophy the following year, in 2025. The Pakistan Cricket Board is busy making arrangements, although BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had already stated that the Indian cricket team would not tour Pakistan for this tournament. Meanwhile, significant news has surfaced.

According to a BCCI source who spoke with news agency ANI, India will not be touring Pakistan, and the BCCI will discuss the Champions Trophy’s new location with the ICC. The Champions Trophy matches will be played in Dubai or Sri Lanka, as the BCCI from the ICC demands.

The government has not allowed the BCCI to send out the team for a while because of the threat posed by Pakistani cross-border terrorism and the possible danger it could cause to Indian cricket players.
