CM’s PA Bibhav Kumar was arrested by Delhi Police from CM residence, accused of assaulting Swati Maliwal

Swati Maliwal Case: In connection with the assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal, Delhi Police has detained Bibhav Kumar, the chief minister’s personal secretary.

Not too long ago, the police arrested Bibhav from Arvind Kejriwal‘s CM House and brought him to the Civil Lines Police Station.

Swati Maliwal accuses Bibhav Kumar of assaulting her at the CM House. He repeatedly smacked her and gave her a punch to the gut. Maliwal stated in the FIR that Kumar had slapped and kicked her “seven-eight times” and attacked her “repeatedly with full force.”

Sources claim that the police also monitored the IP address of the email Bibhav Kumar submitted to Delhi Police regarding his complaint. After a protracted search involving multiple teams, Bibhav was eventually apprehended at the CM residence.

In response to the May 13 assault on Aam Aadmi Party MP Swati Maliwal at Delhi CM Kejriwal’s home, Delhi Police has taken action. The police will now begin their investigation on Friday after filing a formal complaint in the case on Thursday and arranging for Swati’s medical medical.

Delhi Police will first record Maliwal’s statement under Section 164 before the magistrate today in the assault case involving Swati Maliwal. Swati Maliwal, the Rajya Sabha MP, has arrived at Tis Hazari Court to give a testimony to the magistrate.

AAP MP Swati Maliwal was taken to AIIMS by Delhi Police on Thursday night at approximately 11 p.m. The location of her medical procedure.

The police had recorded her statement until now, but the court will not accept its veracity. When a statement is recorded before a magistrate, its accuracy is proven. The authorities will now begin additional inquiries based on those grounds.

Simultaneously, Bibhav Kumar, the personal secretary (PA) of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and the accused of assault were visited by a squad from the Civil Lines police station. He is currently in Punjab, though, and when he gets back to Delhi, the police will question him. The National Commission for Women summoned him on Thursday morning after taking notice. Bibhav has to appear before the commission today.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s PA, Bibhav Kumar, is accused of assaulting Aam Aadmi Party politician and former chairman of the Delhi Women Commission, Swati Maliwal, at his home on Monday.

Sources claim that at about nine in the morning, Maliwal placed a PCR call in this respect from the CM residence. Delhi Police arrived at the Chief Minister’s Civil Lines home following the call.

In this regard, Swati Maliwal has not yet filed a complaint with the police. Police sources claim that Swati was gone when the officers arrived at the scene. She stated she would make the complaint later when the police phoned him after this. She intends to first speak with the media before returning to the police station to file a complaint.
