In Manipur, violence has broken out once more. During the shooting in the state’s Khamenlok region, nine persons died. These fatalities happened during the late-night shooting incident in the Khamenlok region, according to army sources.
Nine people—including a woman—have been killed and numerous others have been injured in the past day’s worth of violence. Imphal has received several injured patients for medical attention. Many of the victims of the violence have bullet wounds, and some have slash marks on their bodies.
Police Superintendent (SP) Shivkant Singh told news agency ANI 10 people were hurt in the recent violence in Imphal East. Postmortems are being performed on the dead so their causes of death can be determined correctly.
