Delhi excise policy case: On Thursday, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal received a significant reprieve. In the money laundering case, Rouse Avenue Court granted him bail. The judge granted bail with a one lakh rupee bond.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) asserted during the hearing earlier on Wednesday that Arvind Kejriwal had asked for a bribe of Rs 100 crore about the liquor policy. Kejriwal made an appearance through video conference throughout the session.
Secunderabad, Telangana – A fire broke out today near Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad, Telangana, engulfing two parked train coaches. Thankfully, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident.
The fire started around 10:50 am and involved a spare pantry coach and an AC coach stationed near a railway overbridge. Firefighters from Secunderabad acted swiftly upon receiving the emergency call and deployed five fire engines to extinguish the blaze. Station Fire Officer, D Mohan Rao, confirmed that the fire was contained promptly.
“We rushed here immediately and extinguished the fire,” said Rao. “One pantry coach and one AC coach which was spare and kept here on track had caught fire. No injuries or loss of life were reported.”
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
In Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, a car garage was hit by a fire. As a result, numerous cars that were parked there burned to the ground. The police and fire brigade crew arrived at the scene as soon as they learned about the fire incident. The team from the fire department is attempting to put out the fire.
There were multiple explosions in the CNG cars one after the other once the garage fire started. There were also seven or eight explosions in front of the fire department. The firefighters are working hard to put out the fire.
In the Chinhat police station area, this incident happened close to Baba Hospital on Deva Road. where the 20 luxury cars that were parked in the garage caught fire. To put out the fire, police officers have blocked the road.

Kangchenjunga Express Train Accident: In the West Bengal area of Darjeeling, a freight train collided with the Kangchenjunga Express train. In addition to numerous injuries recorded, the disaster has claimed the lives of eight people.

Chhattisgarh Encounter: There has been news of a police-Naxalite encounter in Chhattisgarh‘s Narayanpur. The audio recording that was posted by Akshay, an X (Twitter) account, was reposted by Sunita Kejriwal. This footage dates back to when Kejriwal appeared in court after being detained by the ED in March.
The High Court ordered social media sites to take down any more posts or reposts of the day’s footage, as well as Sunita Kejriwal and the other five individual respondents in the case. The case is now scheduled for July 9 by the court.
Gujarat: A major fire broke out this morning in an industrial shed located in the Danilimda area of Ahmedabad. According to Om Jadeja, Divisional Fire Officer with the Ahmedabad Fire Service, the blaze erupted around 9 am in a building containing multiple warehouses.
