People in Delhi-NCR experienced a reprieve from the oppressive heat because of the torrential rains that fell in the early hours of Saturday. Since the rains, many parts of Delhi have been submerged in water, which has caused the roadways to flood. People are having difficulty moving as a result.
According to reports, the Delhi-Jaipur highway is currently experiencing major traffic jams because of water logging caused by recent rain.
