‘One Nation, One Election‘ is currently the topic of debate throughout the nation. A committee of eight people was established by the central government a few days ago to explore “One Nation, One Election.”
‘One Nation, One Election’ committee’s first formal meeting, to be presided over by former president Ramnath Kovind, is reportedly scheduled to take place today in Delhi, according to news agency ANI.
The information indicates that a meeting will start at 3 PM. Ramnath Kovind met with representatives of the Law Ministry a few days ago. The location of this gathering will be Ramnath Kovind’s home.
There are 8 members in all on the committee. Other members of the group will be Amit Shah, Adhir Ranjan Choudhary, Ghulam Nabi Azad, NK Singh, Subhash Kashyap, Harish Salve, and Sanjay Kothari. Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, a Congress member, has asked to be removed from this committee.
