After the Corona restrictions were relaxed, schools and colleges in five states opened today, including Delhi

From today (07 Feb 2022), restrictions due to the corona will be loosened in five states, including Delhi. Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, announced a relaxation of restrictions today after the DDMA meeting. A decreasing number of Corona cases in Delhi prompted the government to take this step.

This is important information about the case:

1.) Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, and Kerala have reopened their schools today. However, only schools from 9th to 12th grades will open today.

2.) Delhi will also continue to offer online classes for the time being. Gradually, however, the online classes will be closed.

3.) The Delhi government has also decided to open colleges and coaching institutes from Monday.

4.) School will begin in Delhi on February 14. Then, only fully vaccinated teachers will be able to enter the school.

5.) As of today, gyms, swimming pools, and spas are also opening in Delhi. Due to Corona, they have been the hardest hit for some time now.

6.) As of Friday, the Delhi government reduced the curfew time and relaxed the restrictions. It is now from 11 pm to 5 am, whereas earlier it was from 10 pm.

7.) As a result of the meeting of DDMA, restaurants in Delhi can now stay open till 11 pm.

8.) Offices will be able to hire 100% staff, and people will not have to wear masks while driving alone.

9.) The number of Corona cases in Delhi has declined very rapidly. Yesterday, 1,410 new Corona cases were reported in Delhi.

10) Activated patients in Delhi have also declined. The number of active patients in Delhi is 8,869 at present. The infection rate has decreased to 2.45 percent.

Delhi Corona News: All private offices in Delhi will be closed, restaurant-bar will also be banned

To control the Corona infection, night curfews and weekend lockdowns were imposed in Delhi. On Monday, a decision was made to further tighten Delhi’s restrictions at the DDMA meeting. This order was given by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA). According to this order, only those who are exempt will be able to open private offices. All other private office employees in Delhi will work from home (WFH). The current private offices had 50% capacity, 50% of employees were working from home.

As of now, all offices will remain closed, except for exempted private offices, and all employees will work from home. Delhi’s restaurants and bars were also closed at the same time. Restaurants will be permitted to deliver and take away food items to homes only.

On Monday, 19166 new Corona cases were reported in Delhi. There were 14076 discharges, and 17 patients died from Corona. The number of Corona infections in Delhi is 15,68,896. There have been 14,77,913 cures, while 25177 Corona patients have died. Corona deaths in Delhi have dropped to 1.60 percent.

A 25 percent increase in Corona infection rates was reported on Monday. Each of the four people tested for Corona infection in Delhi had a confirmed infection on their investigation report. On Monday, 17 patients with Corona died. Due to this, there are now approximately 66 thousand active patients.
