President Droupadi Murmu will be on a two-day visit to Rajasthan from today, will visit Mehandipur Balaji

Starting today, President Droupadi Murmu will be visiting Rajasthan for two days. Officials have stated that President Murmu will arrive in Jaipur on Tuesday evening and go straight from the airport to Raj Bhawan.

She is scheduled to depart by helicopter for Mehandipur Balaji on Wednesday morning. She is scheduled to attend the women’s conference under the ‘Lakhpati Didi Yojana’ at Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajivika) at Beneshwar Dham in the district of Dungarpur on February 14, following her visit to Mehandipur Balaji.

President approves grant of Jeevan Raksha Padak Series Award-2023

The Jeevan Raksha Padak Series of Awards-2023 will be given to 31 individuals, including Sarvottam Jeevan Raksha Padak to 03, Uttam Jeevan Raksha Padak to 07, and Jeevan Raksha Padak to 21. The President of India Droupadi Murmu has approved this. There are three posthumous winners.

A person is granted one of the Jeevan Raksha Padak series of prizes in recognition of a noble deed that saves another person’s life. Sarvottam Jeevan Raksha Padak, Uttam Jeevan Raksha Padak, and Jeevan Raksha Padak are the three categories in which the award is granted. These awards are open to people from all backgrounds. It is also possible to give the honor posthumously.

The corresponding Union Ministries/Organizations/State Governments to which the awardee belongs present the decoration of the award—a lump sum monetary allowance, a certificate signed by the Union Home Minister, and a medal—to the recipients in due course.

Delhi LG Vinai Kumar Saxena sends resignations of Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain to the President

Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain, both ministers in the AAP government, have submitted their resignations, and Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena has given the President permission to accept them.

Tuesday, both ministers resigned

Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister who was detained by the CBI after a legal defeat, announced his resignation from his position on Tuesday afternoon. At the same time, incarcerated minister Satyendar Jain handed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal a letter of resignation. Both of the Chief Minister’s top ministers have submitted their resignations.

Two more ministers will be added to the cabinet, according to Saurabh Bhardwaj, who stated this at a news conference on Tuesday.
