PM Modi will visit Kashmir today for the first time after removal of 370, large crowd at Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar

Jammu Kashmir: On March 7, PM Narendra Modi is scheduled to speak at a public rally in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. He arrived at Srinagar’s airport. Following the withdrawal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is making his maiden trip to Kashmir.

Before his visit, severe security measures, like a drone ban, were put in place and the national flag’s colors were painted over Bakshi Stadium. We want to inform you that PM Modi will be attending the stadium for the “Viksit Bharat Viksit Jammu Kashmir” program.

In addition to meeting with beneficiaries of various government programs, such as accomplished women, Lakhpati Didi, farmers, business owners, etc., Prime Minister Modi will give appointment orders to roughly one thousand new government employees in Jammu and Kashmir. Approximately 2.5 lakh farmers will receive skill development through the Daksh Kisan portal as part of the “Hamagra Agricultural Development Program” (HADP).

Under the Swadesh Darshan and Prasad (Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual, Heritage Augmentation Drive) initiative, Modi would also introduce many tourism-related projects valued at over Rs 1,400 crore. This also covers the Srinagar project, “Integrated Development of Hazratbal Tirtha.”
