The number of Coronavirus cases in the nation has again risen. Corona cases remained around 3 lakhs even on Thursday. The number of new cases of COVID-19 was 2,86,384 in the last 24 hours. However, only a marginal rise in cases was witnessed as compared to yesterday. On Wednesday, there were 2,85,914 new Corona cases registered. Over 4 cores cases of infection have been reported in the country. As of now, there have been 491,700 deaths from Corona, which has killed 573 people in the last 24 hours.

In India, there are more than 22 lakh active cases (22,02,472). As a result, there has been a decrease in active cases over the last 24 hours as a result of the increased number of cured patients over new cases. The number of cases in active status is 5.46 percent.
306 357 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours. The infection has affected 3,76,77,328 people. Recoveries are 93.33 percent. The daily infection rate, i.e. the daily positivity rate, is 19.59 percent, while the weekly infection rate is 17.75 percent.
There have been 163.84 crore doses of vaccine administered during the campaign. In terms of testing so far, there have been 72.21 crore tests, including 14,62,261 tests conducted during the last 24 hours.
