Tejashwi Yadav will not appear before ED today in the case of land-for-job scam, sources claim

Land For Job Scam: Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, was called before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) today for the land-for-job scam. However, Tejasvi Yadav will not be appearing before the ED today, as per information obtained from RJD sources, as Tejasvi just returned to Patna from Delhi yesterday. Lalu-Tejashwi was summoned by the ED to appear for questioning on December 22, which is today.

Speaking to reporters at the Patna airport on Thursday night after arriving back from Delhi, Tejashwi had stated that all of this will go on until the Lok Sabha elections. Tejashwi Yadav added that autonomous agencies are being misused by the central government.

Let us inform you that Tejashwi Yadav, former chief minister of Bihar and leader of the RJD Lalu Prasad Yadav, and former chief minister Rabri Devi have all been indicted in the land-for-jobs scandal. About the updated charge sheet in the suspected land-for-job fraud case, the court granted bail to former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, Rabri Devi, and other individuals on October 4.

Lalu family’s troubles increase, CBI files new charge sheet in land-for-job scam

The challenges facing Lalu Yadav’s family in the land-for-job scam appear to be getting worse. Lalu, Rabri Devi, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, middle man have been named in a new charge sheet filed by the CBI in a new zone.

Lalu Yadav and Rawdi Devi have already had chargesheets filed against them. On the other side, the CBI conducted many nationwide raids on May 16 in connection with the same investigation. 9 locations were searched by many CBI teams, including Patna, Ara, Bhojpur, Delhi, and Gurugram.

CBI visits Rabri Devi’s residence in Patna, Bihar in connection with a land-for-job case

Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family are struggling with the land-for-job fraud. The CBI team arrived at Rabri Devi’s home 10, Circular Road in Patna, the former chief minister, and Lalu Yadav’s wife. In two to three vehicles, the CBI crew has arrived.

According to reports, the team has asked to be questioned. Rabri Devi is at home, while Tejashwi, the deputy chief minister, has left to attend the assembly’s proceedings.

RJD leader Lalu Yadav, former chief minister and his wife Rabri Devi, and older daughter and Rajya Sabha MP Misa Bharti have received summonses from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Regarding the CBI’s charge sheet about offering a job in exchange for land, the court has issued summonses. On March 15, everyone has been told to show up in court.

CBI raids before majority test in Bihar, raids continue in the locations of many big RJD leaders including Tejashwi Yadav

Bihar News: Before the Bihar majority test, big news surfaced. Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister, and other important RJD figures have had their homes raided by the CBI. 24 places are the subject of CBI raids for work for land. MLC Sunil Singh’s house raided

The CBI also searched Ashfaq Karif’s home, a Rajya Sabha member for the RJD. In addition to this, investigators also searched the home of Fayaz Ahmed, a Rajya Sabha representative for the RJD.

Jharkhand also has 17 raids going on
