Bihar New Cabinet Ministers: The broad alliance government that Nitish Kumar established in Bihar five days ago now has more power (August 16). At the Rajendra Mandapam of the Raj Bhavan, a number of ministers of the Grand Alliance government took an oath.

The extension of the cabinet revealed RJD’s power. His 14 ministers took the oath. The Hindustani Awam Morcha (HUM), a party founded by Jitan Ram Manjhi, and the Congress also entered the ministry. One of us, two members of Congress, and an independent MLA also took the ministerial oath.
Tej Pratap Yadav, the oldest son of Lalu Prasad, has once more been given a position in the Nitish cabinet. The government now includes Sudhakar Singh, the son of state president Jagdanand Singh and Alok Mehta. From the RJD quota, Sameer Mahaseth has also been appointed to the cabinet. When it comes to JDU, there haven’t been many changes to its cabinet. The cabinet now includes Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Vijendra Prasad Yadav, Lacey Singh, Ashok Chaudhary, and Shravan Kumar.
Resentment in Congress
On behalf of Congress, Afaq Ahmed and Murari Gautam took the oath. The lack of adequate representation in the cabinet, however, has led to dissatisfaction among congressional staffers. Five cabinet positions were demanded by Congress workers. Santosh Suman and Sumit Kumar Singh, both independents, acted as ministers for the HAM in this situation.
Regarding the cabinet’s departments, reports assert that the RJD was permitted to hold BJP quota responsibilities under the previous administration. Avadh Bihari Chaudhary, an RJD legislator, is also vying for the position of Speaker of the Assembly.
