Russia-Ukraine War: The Russian army continues its war against Ukraine. It is flinging missiles at Ukraine. Sirens are heard across the country. Russia sent tanks and troops to cover Ukraine’s borders from all directions after Vladimir Putin declared war on Thursday. According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, 83 Ukrainian military facilities, including 11 air bases, were destroyed in the invasion. The Ukrainian military stated that 30,000 to 60,000 Russian soldiers were engaged in the fighting.

There were air raid sirens heard in Kiev on Thursday. People of Ukraine shared visuals of the effects of the Russia-Ukraine War on Twitter. Videos show buildings on fire and Russian military jets and tanks moving through Ukrainian provinces. As shown in the video, Chuguev airport as well as Kherson airport have been attacked.
Additionally, the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that its forces had moved from Crimea to Ukraine.
