Former Tata Sons chairman and industrialist Cyrus Mistry dies in road accident, car collided with a divider in Palghar district

Cyrus Mistry, a former chairman of the Tata Group and an industrialist, has died. He was killed in a car accident. This incident took place in Palghar, close to Mumbai. Mistry was rushed to the hospital following the incident, where he was pronounced dead. According to a police officer, Cyrus Mistry, the former chairman of Tata Sons, was killed on Sunday when his automobile collided with a divider in Maharashtra’s Palghar district.

He stated that Mistry was traveling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai in a Mercedes automobile when the collision occurred at around 3.15 pm. The event happened on a Surya river bridge. Along with the car’s driver, two other passengers also suffered injuries. All of the injured have been taken to a Gujarat hospital. According to Balasaheb Patil (DCP, Thane), it appears to be a typical traffic accident. His car ran over the divider. Even the car was destroyed in the tragic crash. Mistry’s passenger in the car with him has passed away.
