Google launches Pixel 7a in India for Rs 39,999, these features are included

The Google Pixel 7a, the company’s newest A-series smartphone, has been introduced in India. The Pixel 7a competes against devices like the OnePlus 11R and Samsung Galaxy A54 in the premium mid-range market.

Similar to the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro, the new Pixel 7a is powered by a Google Tensor G2 chip and the Titan M2 security chip. The phone’s display measures 6.1 inches. Face Unlock, 8GB of RAM, a 90Hz screen, IP67 dust, and water resistance, and wireless charging are all included.

Starting on May 11, the smartphone will be offered for sale on Flipkart at a launch price of Rs 39,999, with various discounts (original price: Rs 43,999).

“Magic Eraser,” one of the best photo-editing tools on the Google Pixel, is now available on other Android and iOS smartphones. That won’t be free, though.

Google revealed today that Google One subscribers in addition to current Pixel owners will now have access to the well-known feature “Magic Eraser” that utilizes AI to remove undesired stuff from photographs.

A select few additional editing tools, including a new HDR video effect, custom collage Styles, and more, will be made available to Google One users.

With the release of Magic Eraser and the other new features, the exclusive list of Google Photos benefits is now growing once more.

Magic Eraser, which was previously only accessible to Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 7 customers, is now accessible to all Google One subscribers on both Android and iOS. The Pixel 5a and previous Pixel smartphones will also be able to access it without a Google One subscription.
