Central Government appointed senior IAS officer Atal Dulloo as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir: After Arun Kumar Mehta, the current chief secretary, retired, the Central Government named senior IAS officer Atal Dulloo as the new chief secretary of Jammu and Kashmir. About this, a notification has been sent out.

The announcement states that As of December 1, Atal Dulloo would assume the role of Chief Secretary. Arun Kumar Mehta, IAS (AGMUT:1988), will retire on November 30.

Atal Dulloo is a Hindu Kashmiri who lives in Jammu & Kashmir. In the past 20 years, he has been the second Hindu Kashmiri to assume this role. Vijay Bakaya served as Jammu and Kashmir’s chief secretary from August 2005 to May 2006 prior to this.

Rajasthan: Seven IAS and 30 IPS officers transferred

Before the elections, CM Ashok Gehlot is compiling all of the officers’ fields in accordance with his own. Thirty officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) and seven members of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) were transferred and posted by the Rajasthan government on Friday.

Rajeev Sharma, an IPS officer who formerly served as the director of the Rajasthan Police Academy, has been appointed Director General of Police (Law and directive) in accordance with the directive.

The Personnel Department published the transfer list of IAS and IPS officers on Friday morning. In addition to their current positions, two IAS and three IPS officers have been assigned additional responsibilities in other departments, and SPs in eight districts have been replaced.
