Mafia Mukhtar Ansari convicted in old case after 32 years, sentence will be announced today

Awadhesh Rai Murder Case: The challenges facing Mafia Mukhtar Ansari in Banda Jail are going to get worse. Mafia Mukhtar Ansari was found guilty in Varanasi’s famous 32-year-old Awadhesh Rai murder case by Special Judge (MP-LLA Court) Avneesh Gautam. Later this afternoon, the sentence will be announced.

Mukhtar Ansari has received sentences in four cases over the past year. However, out of all these instances, the Awadhesh Rai murder case is the most significant and carries the harshest punishment. The primary suspect in the murder of Awadhesh Rai is Mukhtar Ansari. Due to the court’s ruling, both the civil court complex and the courtroom inside the nine-story building have strong security measures in place.

Case hearings in Varanasi and Prayagraj Awadhesh Rai, the older brother of former MLA Ajay Rai, was fatally murdered on August 3, 1991, in front of his home in the Lahurabir neighborhood. Mukhtar Ansari, former MLA Abdul Kalam, Bhim Singh, Kamlesh Singh, and Rakesh Justice were named in a complaint filed by Ajay Rai.

Mafia Mukhtar Ansari convicted in gangster case, imprisoned for 10 years and fined Rs 5 lakh

Mukhtar Ansari, a mafia don in Purvanchal, and his brother, BSP MP Afzal Ansari, had a historic day on Saturday. Based on the evidence filed in the murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, a gangster case was filed against Afzal Ansari.

Mafia Mukhtar Ansari has been given a ten-year prison term under the Gangster Act by the MP MLA court in Ghazipur. A five lakh rupee fine has also been imposed in addition to this.

At 2:00 pm, the sentence for Afzal Ansari, the MP and brother of Mukhtar, will be made public.

Mukhtar Ansari has also been charged with murder in the shooting deaths of BJP legislators Krishnanand Rai and Nandkishore Gupta Rungta. According to the Muhammadabad police station, both brothers were charged with crimes number 1051 and 1052 in 2007.
