OpenAI releases GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4 features for generative text

ChatGPT creator OpenAI is lowering prices and improving its text-generation models. New iterations of GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4 have been released, according to OpenAI.

Function calling, a feature of the recent improvements to GPT-4, enables programmers to explain programming functions to GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4 and have the models generate code to execute those functions.

According to a blog post by OpenAI, “these models have been fine-tuned to both detect when a function needs to be called… and to respond with JSON that adheres to the function signature.”

The business claims that GPT-4-32k-0613 has the same enhancements as GPT-4-0613 in addition to a longer context duration for easier comprehension of longer texts.

Shap-E, OpenAI’s latest tool for creating 3D models from images or texts

After releasing the innovative ChatGPT and an updated version with improved features, the OpenAI now appears to be preparing to unveil its most recent invention.

Given that GPT-4 is well recognized for producing responses from requests in natural language as quickly and effectively as possible, OpenAI appears to have made a significant advancement and now has unveiled its text-to-3D model. The Shap-E model has the ability to transform text suggestions into three-dimensional objects.

In comparison to a tool comparable to Point E that OpenAI presented in 2022, it has reportedly been claimed that the most recent generative AI tool produces replies that are significantly more accurate. After the success of its text-to-image generating programme Dall-E, this is considered yet another innovation from OpenAI.
