‘Delete for Everyone’ feature for 2 days now
Taking note of this, WABetaInfo pointed out that under this feature, users will be able to ‘Delete for Everyone’ the message for 12 hours, over the course of two days.
This functionality will be extremely helpful for people who occasionally message in the wrong group by accident and recall it years later. Or it will come in handy even if we send anything in writing but afterward feel uncomfortable doing so.
The new feature is now available to all users. However, it’s important to keep in mind that this will only work if both you and the recipient have upgraded the app to the most recent version.
Update the app to use the new feature
To update WhatsApp, users must search for it in the Google Play Store. Simply click the “Update” button if it appears on the WhatsApp page to get the most recent version. The “Update” button is not visible if you already have the latest version.
