Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and acclaimed director Priyadarshan have joined forces once again for a new project, marking their first collaboration in over 14 years. The duo, known for their successful partnership in films like Hera Pheri and Bhagam Bhag, will reunite for a horror-comedy titled Bhooth Bangla.
The announcement was made on Akshay Kumar’s birthday, September 9, with the release of the film’s motion poster. The film, which is set to begin production soon, is slated for a 2025 release.
Bhooth Bangla is produced by Akshay Kumar, Shobha Kapoor, and Ekta Kapoor. The film’s plot details remain under wraps, but fans can expect a thrilling and humorous ride from this dynamic duo. Bhooth Bangla is co-produced by Farah Sheikh and Vedant Vikaas Baali.
