Gujarat: A major fire broke out this morning in an industrial shed located in the Danilimda area of Ahmedabad. According to Om Jadeja, Divisional Fire Officer with the Ahmedabad Fire Service, the blaze erupted around 9 am in a building containing multiple warehouses.
Firefighters responded swiftly, deploying 18 fire engines and a specialized robot van to aid in accessing the flames. Nearby commercial establishments and residences were evacuated as a precaution.
Thankfully, the warehouse owner has confirmed that all laborers are accounted for and no one is missing. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time. Firefighting operations are currently underway to extinguish the blaze and prevent further damage.
