In less than 12 hours after the increase in the price of PNG in Delhi, the price of CNG was also increased. Since CNG prices have been raised by Rs 2.50 per kilogram, 1 kg of CNG in Delhi costs Rs 71.61.

PNG also increased rates

Meanwhile, PNG used in LPG has also become more expensive. In response, the government has increased the price of PNG by Rs. 4.25. According to the IGL company supplying PNG to Delhi-NCR, the new tariff has taken effect from April 14. As a result, the price of PNG rose to Rs 45.96 per standard cubic meter (SCM) in Gautam Budh Nagar district on Thursday. PNG is now available at the same price in Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida.

Increase for the third time in 15 days

It is the third time the price of PNG has increased in about 15 days. About 10 days ago, PNG prices increased by Rs 5.85. IGL had previously sold PNG at Rs 41.50 per SCM from April 6 onward.
