Congress can pose tough competition for BJP in Uttarakhand and Goa, although BJP is likely to succeed in forming government again in Manipur.

Exit Polls predict the BJP will return to power in Uttar Pradesh, though the Samajwadi Party will be able to touch the figure of about 150 seats.

According to the Exit Poll, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) can win a majority in Punjab, while Congress, currently in power, may have to settle for 25 seats.

Announcement Dates For Assembly Elections 2022 in 5 States, find out when your state’s elections will be held

Assembly Election 2022: The dates for the Assembly Election 2022 to be held in five states this year have been announced. UP, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa, and Manipur are the states where elections will be held. Uttar Pradesh has a total of 403 assembly seats and is currently headed by the BJP-led Yogi Adityanath government. Goa, Uttarakhand, and Manipur are also governed by the BJP. While there is a Congress government in Punjab. This time in these elections, Aam Aadmi Party can also give competition to Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party.

On Saturday, the Election Commission announced the election dates. Candidate forms can be filled out online in this election as well, which is a special feature. Uttar Pradesh

It is the first time that elections are being held in seven states in Uttar Pradesh. On February 10, voting will begin. The state of Uttar Pradesh has 403 assembly seats.

In response to the alarming level of air pollution, the AAP government announced that no physical education classes would take place in schools during this week, and government officials would work from home. Private offices are also encouraged to work from home. Three days will also be closed for construction work.
