NIA searches several places in Karnataka in Bengaluru terror module case

Karnataka: As part of an ongoing investigation into the Bengaluru terror module case, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches at several locations in the state capital of Karnataka.

According to NIA sources, the agency has been searching the suspects’ connected properties since the early hours of the morning.

According to the source, new leads in the case have caused the anti-terror inquiry agency to launch more searches.

NIA raids 10 places in Punjab, Haryana in case against Khalistan Tiger Force

In connection with a case involving the banned terrorist group Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF), the National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches at ten locations in Punjab and Haryana on Tuesday.

In relation to a criminal conspiracy established to raise money for a designated terrorist organisation as well as cross-border smuggling of weapons, ammunition, and explosives, raids are being undertaken at nine locations in Punjab and one location in Haryana.

NIA arrested Irfan Mehraj from Srinagar in connection with the NGO terror funding case

According to an official, the NIA has arrested Irfan Mehraj from Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) in connection with the NGO terror funding case.

According to reliable sources cited by the Srinagar-based news network Kashmir Dot Com, a special NIA team from New Delhi arrested freelance journalist Irfan Mehraj in Srinagar.

Official sources verified Mehraj’s detention and stated that he was detained in connection with the NIA’s investigation into FIR No. RC-37/2020, which was filed at NIA Delhi.

NIA raids seven locations of PFI in Rajasthan; Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur and Kota included

Seven PFI premises in Rajasthan have been searched by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) once more. In Jaipur, Bundi, Sawai Madhopur, and Kota, there has been action since the morning.

The homes of PFI officeholders have been raided by the National Investigative Agency. Other locations where guerilla operations have been conducted include Jaipur, Bundi, Sawaimadhopur, Bhilwara, and Kota. Each and every PFI officeholder in these districts have had their homes raided.

It should be noted that the NIA had previously conducted a raid at the Jaipur homes of PFI officeholders. During the operation, officers discovered offensive material as well. The officials, however, declined to provide all the details. The investigative agency is currently conducting a raid.
