Serious road accident in Himachal, Bolero rolled into a ditch and five youths died

Himachal Pradesh Road Accident News: A serious road accident occurred when the Bolero on the Shilti road link crashed into a ditch while traveling towards Sangla in Himachal Pradesh. where five young people have perished. Currently, four bodies are being evacuated, and one body has been retrieved. There is no confirmed cause for the accident. The accident has been confirmed by SP Kinnaur Vivek Chahal.

The news18 indicates that the Shilti Road Link Road in Kinnaur is where this accident occurred. After the rescue operation was finished by police and Home Guard forces, the bodies were taken out and sent for a post-mortem. The Bolero vehicle plunged into a ditch around 500 meters below the scene of the accident.

पुलिस द्वारा बताया गया कि सीमावर्ती शहर में होने वाले एक पुलिस अधिकारी की हत्या के मामले में, दो दिन पहले ही संदिग्धों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था, जिनमें से एक आतंकवादी ने सुरक्षा बलों की चौकी पर गोलीबारी की थी। उसके साथ, एक पिस्तौल, दो जीवित राउंड, एक चीनी हथगोला, दस जीवित एके गोला बारूद राउंड और दस डेटोनेटर बरामद किए गए थे।

Suvendu Adhikari appeals in High Court to postpone Trinamool Congress rally amid Ayodhya festival

Kolkata News: Suvendu Adhikari, the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the West Bengal Assembly, filed a request for a postponement of a Trinamool Congress rally on January 22 with the Calcutta High Court.

Rajasthan: Big action by ED in Jal Jeevan Mission scam, ED raids the premises of former minister Mahesh Joshi

Jal Jeevan Mission Case: In its investigation into suspected money laundering connected to irregularities in the “Jal Jeevan Mission,” the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday searched 6 locations associated with former Rajasthan minister Mahesh Joshi and a few others. ED raids are going on in many areas including Jaipur and Banswara.

The ED team had already conducted 25 raids in Rajasthan about the Jal Jeevan Mission corruption case. which also had IAS Subodh Aggarwal’s locations. The federal agency carried out at least two sets of raids about instances involving the central government program last year.

According to official sources, searches are being conducted by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) at the locations connected to Joshi, a former minister of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department.

The inquiry revealed that the contractors had participated in obtaining contracts for Jal Jeevan Mission works by paying “bribes” to senior PHE department officials and using purportedly “fake” work completion certificates from Indian Railway Construction International Limited (IRCON).

Guwahati-bound IndiGo flight lands in Dhaka due to bad weather

Silchar: An IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Assam’s Guwahati had to make an emergency landing in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka at 4 am on Saturday amid poor visibility, individuals with knowledge of the matter said.

Due to severe fog, IndiGo aircraft 6E 5319 was unable to land at the well-known Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and was diverted to nearby Dhaka, some 400 kilometers from Guwahati.

According to the aforementioned sources, the crew chose to divert the aircraft to Dhaka after the pilots were unable to land the aircraft at Guwahati airport due to poor visibility caused by dense fog.

India’s DRDO today successfully flight-tested the new generation Akash (AKASH-NG) missile

Today, India’s DRDO successfully tested the New Generation AKASH (AKASH-NG) missile in flight. The test was carried out against a fast-moving, very low-altitude unmanned aerial target at dawn from the Integrated Test Range, Chandipur, off the coast of Odisha. The weapon system successfully intercepted and destroyed the target during the flight test.

The information gathered by several radars, telemetry, and electro-optical tracking systems that ITR, Chandipur, deployed was also used to validate the system’s performance. Senior representatives from the Indian Air Force (IAF), Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), and DRDO saw the flying test.

Mantri Raksha Regarding the flight test, Shri Rajnath Singh has expressed gratitude to the IAF, PSUs, DRDO, and industry. According to him, the system’s successful development will improve the nation’s air defense capabilities even further.

Modern missile systems like the AKASH-NG system can intercept fast-moving, nimble aircraft threats. The user trials are now possible because of the successful flying test.
