In Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, there were shocks from an earthquake. At 9:11 on Monday morning, vibrations from an earthquake were felt in Pithoragarh’s Dharchula and Bangapani neighborhoods.
The epicenter of the earthquake, which was located in Nepal at a depth of 5 kilometers, registered a value of 4.0 on the Richter scale. At 9:15 am, Dharchula also felt an earthquake. The Disaster Management Department reports that no damage has been attributed to the earthquake.
