On May 13, Ranveer Singh’s Jayeshbhai Jordaar, where he plays a Gujarati man, was released in theaters. Critics and fans gave it mixed reviews. Despite its star power, the Ranveer Singh-starrer hasn’t been able to deliver at the box office.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar’s opening is similar to that of Runway and Jersey, according to BoxofficeIndia.com. Meanwhile, the first day of Runway 34’s release brought in Rs 3 crore at the box office, while Day 1 of Jersey brought in Rs 4 crore.
Ranveer Singh introduces a new kind of heroism in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. In Yash Raj Films‘ Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Shalini Pandey makes her Bollywood debut. The film is directed by Divyang Thakkar.
