Air Force Day will feature a national display of valor

The nation is prepared to display its bravery on October 8th, which is Air Force Day. At the Sukhna Lake complex in Chandigarh, the Air Force Day flypast will feature about 80 military planes and helicopters. To commemorate its 90th anniversary, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will perform brilliantly at the Air Show with a variety of aircraft. The IAF has opted to hold the annual Air Force Day parade and flyover outside of Delhi-NCR for the first time.

Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, and President Draupadi Murmu will attend the air show at Sukhna Lake. A special guest will attend the fly-by, which is being conducted by the president. An Air Force parade will be held at the installation before the air show on Saturday morning. In charge of the parade will be Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary. At the event, the Air Force Chief, according to him, would give Air Force members a new combat uniform.

Fly past is special in many ways

A modern light helicopter, the MK-4, will fly past Rudra during the parade, according to the official. The mechanical transport team will display vehicle disassembly and assembly for a brief period of time during the event, followed by a demonstration from the Vayu Warriors drill squad. On Sukhna Lake, a fly-by will be planned later in the day.

These aircraft will be part of the flypast

In addition to the Prachanda, another newly inducted Light Combat Helicopter (LCH), will display its aerial abilities during the flypast. Along with “Prachanda,” other LCAs taking part in the flypast include the Tejas, Sukhoi, MiG-29, Jaguar, Rafale, IL-76, C-130J, and Hawk. Advanced light helicopters including the Dhruv, Chinook, Apache, and Mi-17 will also take part in the aerial display. AN-32 aircraft will descend with the ‘Akash Ganga’ paratroopers to start the flypast.
