‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah‘ producer Asit Modi had previously been charged with sexual exploitation. Asit Modi and two other people have now become the subject of an FIR in this matter.
The show’s “Mrs. Sodhi,” played by Jennifer Mistry, accused the producer of sexual harassment. Jennifer had filed a complaint against the show’s executive producer Jatin Bajaj and operations head Sohail Ramani along with Asit, and now a case has been filed in this matter against all three.
Powai Police has filed an FIR against Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Modi, operation head Sohail Ramani, and executive producer Jatin Bajaj, according to information provided by the Mumbai Police. On the basis of a complaint made by the show’s artist, this case has been filed under sections 354 and 509 of the IPC.
