CM Mohan Yadav seen in action mode right after taking oath; Loudspeaker ban, ban on sale of meat in open

Madhya Pradesh News: Following his oath of office, Madhya Pradesh‘s new chief minister, Mohan Yadav, was observed going about his business. Mohan Yadav issued an order on Wednesday prohibiting the use of loudspeakers in public and religious places, marking his first significant ruling. Additionally, he has issued an order outlawing the open sale of meat.

Mohan Yadav made a few decisions during the initial cabinet meeting. Additionally, by raising the bonus for tendu leaf collectors by 1,000 rupees, the manifesto was also put into action.

Dr. Rajesh Rajora, the Additional Chief Secretary (Home), said that guidelines for the use of loudspeakers have also been released for immediate implementation, following orders from the National Green Tribunal and the Supreme Court. To keep an eye on the volume of speakers and DJ systems playing music at places of religious, a flying squad will be established in each district.

Effect of Yogi Government order, 125 loudspeakers were removed; Sound slowed down at 17000 places

Over the last few months, loudspeakers across the country have been the subject of debate. The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh has taken steps to remove illegal loudspeakers from religious sites. Over 125 loudspeakers have already been removed, and 17,000 people have taken voluntary steps to lower the volume of loudspeakers in response to the government’s order.

125 loudspeakers removed

Avneesh Awasthi, Additional Chief Secretary for Home, told PTI, “An order was issued on Saturday removing loudspeakers from places of worship in the state.” The districts have been asked to submit a compliance report by April 30.

‘Police are to coordinate and communicate with religious leaders in order to remove illegal loudspeakers,’ he said. ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar described steps taken so far including the removal of 125 loudspeakers and while 17 thousand individuals have reduced the volume of their own loudspeakers.

CM Yogi ordered

Since Eid falls on April 19 and Akshaya Tritiya falls on the same day, as well as other important religious festivals in the next few days, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed that microphones be used during festivals. The sound should remain within the premises, though.

According to him, public events and locations should not be obstructed by loudspeakers to avoid inconvenience to others. It was said by CM Yogi that no procession/religious procession should be taken out without the permission of the organizer and that an affidavit should be obtained before permission can be granted.

His opinion is that permission should only be given to religious procession events that are traditional; no new events should be given permission unnecessarily. There have been new orders for loudspeakers not only in UP but also in other states of the country.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Tuesday warns the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of the state. Raj Thackeray reiterated his call to remove loudspeakers from mosques and says that the speakers in mosques should be turned off by May 3. He reiterated his request at a rally in Thane that loudspeakers be removed from mosques. The Maharashtra government was given an ultimatum to take action before May 3. Thackeray has threatened that MNS workers will play Hanuman Chalisa in front of mosques if the state government does not remove loudspeakers from mosques by May 3.

In Maharashtra, all loudspeakers should be turned off by then.

Talk to Maulanas, and you will not have any problems in the future. Even the Supreme Court’s decision will not be accepted by you. You are doing all this to vote back. I appeal to all Hindus in the country to play Hanuman Chalisa wherever they chant on loudspeakers after 3rd May and to play Hanuman Chalisa outside their mosques.

Loudspeakers should be switched off by May 3

At the rally, Raj Thackeray also supported Uniform Civil Code. The need to control population growth was stressed by him. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi should implement a Uniform Civil Code in this country,” Thackeray said. According to him, a law should be passed to stop the population growth. Thackeray referred to this as a social issue and said that he would not back down on this. He challenged the Shiv Sena government saying, “Do whatever you want.

This is not a religious issue, but a social issue since loudspeakers cause trouble for everyone.
