MP new CM orders ban on loudspeakers, sale of meat in open

Madhya Pradesh News: Following his oath of office, Madhya Pradesh‘s new chief minister, Mohan Yadav, was observed going about his business. Mohan Yadav issued an order on Wednesday prohibiting the use of loudspeakers in public and religious places, marking his first significant ruling. Additionally, he has issued an order outlawing the open sale of meat.

Mohan Yadav made a few decisions during the initial cabinet meeting. Additionally, by raising the bonus for tendu leaf collectors by 1,000 rupees, the manifesto was also put into action.

Dr. Rajesh Rajora, the Additional Chief Secretary (Home), said that guidelines for the use of loudspeakers have also been released for immediate implementation, following orders from the National Green Tribunal and the Supreme Court. To keep an eye on the volume of speakers and DJ systems playing music at places of religious, a flying squad will be established in each district.
