After taking oath, PM Narendra Modi reached the office; the ministry will be divided shortly

Yesterday was Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s third swearing-in ceremony. At Rashtrapati Bhavan, Prime Minister Modi was sworn in alongside 71 ministers. The first cabinet meeting will take place at his Lok Kalyan Marg home this evening, Monday. This will also make it obvious to whom each ministry will be assigned. This meeting can be held at 5 pm. Prime Minister Modi has arrived at the Prime Minister’s Office in the interim.

Heeralal Samariya becomes India’s first Dalit Chief Information Commissioner, President administers oath

India’s first Dalit Chief Information Commissioner is Heeralal Samariya of Rajasthan. President Draupadi Murmu swore in Information Commissioner Heeralal Samariya as the new head of the Central Information Commission (CIC) on Monday.

Samariya was sworn in by President Murmu during a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan, according to officials. Eight Information Commissioner positions are open following Samariya’s nomination as Chief Information Commissioner. The Commission currently has two Information Commissioners.

The Supreme Court ordered the central and state governments to take action to fill the positions on October 30, and that action led to the appointment. A bench consisting of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra took serious notice of the openings in CICs and State Information Commissions (SICs) and requested that the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) gather data from every state.

On September 14, 1960, Heeralal Samariya was born in a small Rajasthan hill hamlet close to Bharatpur. Heeralal Samariya has held positions as Director (Personnel) in Singareni Collieries, Kothagudam, Telangana; Joint Secretary in the Municipal Administration Secretariat, Hyderabad; Secretary in the Irrigation Department; Chairman and Managing Director in the Central Electricity Distribution Company, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh; Project Director in the Rural Poverty Alleviation Society; and Collector and DM in Guntur.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is greeted ceremoniously at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Olaf Scholz, the chancellor of Germany, is in India for two days. On the first day of the tour, PM Modi and Olaf Scholz had a meeting in Rashtrapati Bhavan. Both leaders had critical conversations, including ones involving international peace.

Draupadi Murmu will be the first tribal and second woman president of the country; President, Prime Minister and Lok Sabha Speaker congratulated

Draupadi Murmu will become the country’s 15th president. She holds the country’s second female and first tribal presidency, which is the highest constitutional office. In the third round of voting on Thursday, Draupadi of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) defeated Yashwant Sinha of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA). BJP President JP Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated Murmu at his home.

By the third round, Murmu had collected the required 5 lakh 43 thousand 261 votes. He received 5 lakh 77 thousand 777 votes following the third round. There were only 2 lakh 61 000 62 votes cast for Yashwant Sinha. The vote was conducted in 20 states, which included members of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

President, Prime Minister, and Lok Sabha Speaker congratulated

PM Narendra Modi congratulated Murmu and declared, “India has written history.” The daughter of a tribal group who was born in a remote area of eastern India has been chosen as the country’s new president as it observes its national festival of independence. Congratulation to Draupadi Murmu. Additionally, Murmu was congratulated by President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

Rajnath Singh, the defense minister, also sent Murmu his best wishes. Said: Congratulations to Murm on winning the presidential election in a landslide. She has worked hard for public welfare in slums, destitute, and impoverished areas. She ascended to the greatest constitutional position today from among them. The win is being celebrated by the populace with drums and ethnic musical instruments. His loved ones are rejoicing in the Rairangpur town and Murmu village in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha by giving out laddus.

After the swearing-in on July 25, the BJP office will celebrate. President Ram Nath Kovind’s tenure expires at midnight on July 24. On July 25, the new President will take office.
