Trailer of “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar” released, Randeep Hooda is making his directorial debut with the lead role

Mumbai, India – Acclaimed actor Randeep Hooda steps behind the camera for his directorial debut with the upcoming film “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar.” The trailer for the film, which was released today, offers a glimpse into the life and struggles of Indian freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.

Hooda not only directs the film but also takes on the titular role of Savarkar. The trailer opens with a powerful statement, “We have all read that India attained freedom through non-violence, but this is not that story,” setting the stage for a potentially different perspective on the Indian independence movement.

The trailer showcases glimpses of Savarkar’s imprisonment in the Cellular Jail at Port Blair, his interactions with other revolutionaries, and a brief meeting with Mahatma Gandhi, highlighting the differing ideologies within the freedom struggle.

“Swatantrya Veer Savarkar” also features Ankita Lokhande and Amit Sial in prominent roles. The film is produced by Zee Studios, Anand Pandit, Sandeep Singh, Yogesh Rahar, and Randeep Hooda himself, with co-production credits going to Roopa Pandit, Sam Khan, Anwar Ali, and Panchali Chakraborty.

Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’s will be released on March 22nd, 2024 in Hindi and Marathi languages. The trailer has already garnered significant interest, and audiences eagerly await the film’s release.

Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Release Date: One of the best actors in Hindi cinema is Randeep Hooda. Last year, the teaser for the movie “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” starring Randeep Hooda, was released. Despite being scheduled for release this past year, the film’s release was delayed because of a disagreement among the producers.

Following his successful acting career in movies such as “Sarabjeet,” “Sultan,” and “Highway,” Randeep has ventured into the realm of film directing. In the upcoming movie “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar,” Randeep Hooda is both an actor and director.

He is portraying Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, a freedom fighter, in this movie. Today, on the occasion of Martyr’s Day, the release date of the film has been announced.

As a gift to his fans on January 30, 2024, Randeep Hooda revealed the first look of “Swatantrya Veer Savarkar.” He has published the movie’s motion poster, which features Randeep.

In terms of the cast, in addition to Randeep Hooda, several actors will feature in key parts of this movie, such as Ankita Lokhande and Amit Sial. Randeep is not just the film’s director but also a co-producer. On March 22, 2024, the movie will be released in theaters.
