Two female illegal immigrants from Bangladesh were arrested at Kolkata’s Howrah station.

On Thursday, RPF personnel noticed two women acting suspiciously as they loitered near the platform near the old complex building at Howrah station. After questioning the women, who admitted to illegally entering India from West Bengal‘s Malda district along the India-Bangladesh border with the assistance of an agent who arranged for their crossover, the women were detained.
Priya Khatun and Ranu Begum have been identified as the two women.
