‘Jalsa’, a much-anticipated drama-thriller, has received a global premiere announcement from Amazon Prime Video. Suresh Triveni directed the film. Lead actors are Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah. In addition to Manav Kaul and Rohini Hattangadi, the film will also star Iqbal Khan, Vidhatri Bandi, Shrikant Mohan, Shafin Patel, and Surya Kasibhatla. Vidya Balan worked with Suresh Triveni previously on the film Tumhari Sulu.

In addition to this, it is Prime Video’s third collaboration with Vidya Balan. ‘Jalsa’ is the latest addition to Prime Video’s long-term relationship with Abdansia Entertainment, which has produced Shakuntala Devi, Lioness, Chhori, Ram Setu, and the massively popular Amazon Original series Breathe. ‘Jalsa’ premieres on March 18.
