The Calcutta High Court has taken a major decision regarding violence and arson in Birbhum. As a result of a court order, the CBI is now investigating this matter. Information indicates that violence erupted after a TMC leader was killed in Birbhum, West Bengal. Eight people, two of them children, and three women have been killed in the violence.
