Akhanda has established a new record for Telugu films on Disney Plus Hotstar with the most viewers and watch time on the streaming platform. Viewers of Disney Plus Hotstar have shown love to Akhanda for her new look from Nandamuri Balakrishna.

There have been several records broken by the film at the box office. Nandamuri, however, portrays Balakrishna in the role of Aghora, a man blessed by Shiva and who saves the village from mining goons. As well as Jagapathi Babu and Srikanth in the movie, Pragya Jaiswal, Shamna Kasim, Viji Chandrashekhar, and Subbaraju feature in it. Several critics have praised the film’s background music as well.
