Bad news for Congress in Jharkhand, Geeta Koda may leave Congress and join BJP

There may be bad news for Congress in Jharkhand. Today, Singhbhum MP Geeta Koda, the wife of former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda, could defect from the Congress and join the BJP.

Geeta Koda is known to be dissatisfied with the Congress, JMM, and RJD alliance in Jharkhand, sources told news agency ANI.

Geeta Goda served as an MLA twice between 2009 and 2019. For the first time, she was elected as an MP from the Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat. Jharkhand’s Chief Minister Madhu Koda held the position from September 2006 to August 2008.

Tragic accident in Kasganj, tractor trolley of devotees going to bathe in Ganga overturned in the pond, 15 died

Kasganj Accident: The tractor of villagers from Kasganj Purvi the village in Etah, Uttar Pradesh, who were heading to the Ganga for bathing got stuck in the pond on the Badaun Highway early on Saturday morning. The catastrophe has resulted in the confirmation of 15 deaths. In addition, twelve injured people have been admitted to District Hospital and Community Health Center.

There are now 15 fatalities. Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister, has pledged financial aid of Rs 2 lakh for each of the deceased’s kin and Rs 50,000 for each of the injured.

ED’s seventh summons to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, called for questioning on February 26

There is a Vaidya who is also a secretary at AYUSH and I’ll arrange a call with him who’ll send you medicine and all.’ I took medicine from AYUSH when I was down with Covid. The 2nd & 3rd times when I had Covid, I didn’t take any allopathic medicine at all… All judges, their families and more than 2000 staff members of the Supreme Court, I am very concerned about them as they don’t get the facilities that judges have. I want them to have a holistic pattern of life… I would like to thank the minister Sarbananda Sonowal…”

Drugs worth Rs 1,000 crore seized in Delhi, Rs 3,000 crore drugs recovered so far in Pune-Delhi

Rahul Gandhi gets relief in 2018 defamation case, gets bail from Sultanpur court

Maharashtra government’s announcement on Maratha reservation, bill to give 10 percent reservation approved

Maratha Reservation: The Maharashtra government has started granting the Maratha community a ten percent reservation. A coalition government of Eknath Shinde, Shiv Sena-BJP, and NCP (Ajit group) is in place here. This morning, the Maratha Reservation Bill was approved by the Cabinet.

The Assembly may approve this bill in the evening.
