There was a significant mishap in Jammu & Kashmir. According to reports, a Pakal Dul Project cruiser vehicle accident in Kishtwar involved at least 10 passengers.

The most recent data indicates that at least 7 individuals died in it. Others have been hurt. The injured have been received treatment and admitted to the hospital. There are numerous senior officers and rescue teams on the scene.

According to officials, the event happened at around 8:35 a.m. close to the Dangduru power project site in the Dachchan district. Officials have reported that the rescue effort is ongoing.

ED arrests IAS officer of Uttarakhand government Ram Bilas Yadav under PMLA

An official announced on Saturday that Ram Bilas Yadav, a retired IAS officer and the former additional secretary for the Uttarakhand government, had been detained by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with an ongoing probe under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Under the Prevention of Corruption Act, the ED initiated an investigation into Yadav based on an FIR registered by Vigilance Establishment.

SC seeks to Delhi Police on bail plea of Umar Khalid, accused of conspiracy in Delhi riots, seeks reply in 6 weeks

Regarding Umar Khalid’s request for bail after being charged with conspiracy in the Delhi riots, the Supreme Court has sent a notice to the Delhi Police. The Delhi Police have six weeks to respond to the apex court’s request.

The Delhi High Court had already rejected Khalid’s request for bail, describing the accusations against him as severe.

Umar Khalid, a graduate of JNU, and several other people have been charged with “masterminding” the riots in February 2020 under the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The CBI was instructed by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to open an investigation into the excise scam on July 22, 2022. According to sources, Sisodia allegedly started using a new cell phone on that day.

The CBI discovered throughout its investigation that Sisodia had used three separate cell phones between January 1, 2020, and August 19, 2022.
