According to data released by the Union Health Ministry, there are currently 19,494 active cases in the country, with a positivity rate of 0.61 percent. 2288 cases were reported on Tuesday, 10 people died from the infection, and 3044 people were cured. A total of 3207 new cases were registered on Monday, and 29 people lost their lives.
The number of active cases in the country has dropped to 19,494, and the total death toll has reached 5,24,157. A total of 4,25,66,935 people have won the war against Corona. Thus far, 190,67,50,637 doses of vaccine have been administered, among which 14,83,878 doses were given yesterday.
Most infected are being found in these states
In the top five states, 1,118 new cases have been reported in Delhi, 401 in Haryana, 346 in Kerala, 278 in Uttar Pradesh, and 223 in Maharashtra. A report from the Health Ministry indicates that 81.67 percent of new cases arise from these states.
Delhi’s situation critical
Delhi figures are among the most intimidating. There were 1,118 new Corona virus cases found here in the past 24 hours. Additionally, a patient infected with Corona died.
