MG E230 Electric Car Specifications and features
It will be based on GSEV’s (Global Small Electric Vehicle) compact package and easy-to-use platform, designed by SAIC-GM-Wuling. As well as the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV in the Chinese market, the Baojun E100, E200, E300, and E300 Plus also use the same architecture.
Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Internet of Vehicles (IOV), automatic parking, and voice commands are some of its smart features. Also, GSEV batteries are IP68 rated which ensures they are waterproof. Smart battery management puts a boost in the battery.
In India, the MG Small Electric Cars will be customized to meet market requirements and regulations. It is likely to come with a 20kWh battery pack with a range of about 150 kilometers per charge. Moreover, the E230 could be equipped with a 54-bhp electric motor.
Several safety features will be available on the electric car, such as dual airbags, antilock brakes, and rear parking sensors.
In contrast, the company hasn’t announced the exact details of the MG E230 electric car. A new electric hatchback may also be in the works for the Indian market in addition to the E230.
