The Rajasthan government has decided to appeal the High Court’s decision to exonerate four accused in the 2008 Jaipur serial bombings case, which resulted in the deaths of 71 persons, to the Supreme Court.

In response, the state administration led by Ashok Gehlot would submit a Special Leave Petition (SLP) to the Supreme Court challenging the HC’s ruling. The choice was made during a meeting that CM Gehlot hosted on Friday at his home.
