Who is Roger Binny?
Roger Binny played for the Indian team that won the 1983 World Cup. presently employed by the Karnataka State Cricket Association as a board member (KSCA).
As per news reports citing sources, Ganguly may run for the next ICC President after becoming BCCI President in October 2019.
On October 18, Mumbai will host the BCCI elections, while nominations are accepted on October 11 and 12. Candidates may withdraw their candidacy up until October 14 before the nominations are scrutinized on October 13.
Binny was nominated on Thursday to represent the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) and the BCCI’s electoral roster for the elections slated for October 18, according to earlier reports from the news agency ANI. The secretary, Santosh Menon, was present at the annual general meeting.
No name is confirmed, though, until the election results are announced.
