Andhra Pradesh: The leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Chandrababu Naidu, was sworn in as Andhra Pradesh‘s chief minister for the fourth time on Wednesday. Attending his swearing-in ceremony is Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The swearing-in ceremony is taking place in Vijayawada’s Kesarpalli IT Park. Additionally present are CM Eknath Shinde, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Nitin Gadkari, Ramdas Athawale, Anupriya Patel, and Chirag Paswan.

Star of Telugu cinema Pawan Kalyan was also sworn in as a minister. Naidu was chosen as the head of the Telugu Desam Legislative Party and the NDA by its members on Tuesday. Speaking to the MLAs, Naidu reaffirmed his commitment to Amaravati becoming Andhra Pradesh’s sole capital.

Including the CM and Deputy CM, the new government will consist of 25 members. Twenty will come from the TDP, three—including Pawan Kalyan—from JanaSena Party, and one from the BJP will be a minister. There is one unfilled position.

CB-CID named former CM Chandrababu Naidu in the charge sheet filed in the Fibernet Phase-1 project scam

Andhra Pradesh: Chandrababu Naidu, the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, appears to be having further problems. In the charge sheet submitted to the ACB court in Amravati regarding the alleged scam involving the AP Fibernet Phase-1 Project, CB-CID named former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu. On Friday, February 16, the AP Crime Investigation Department (APCID) submitted the charge sheet before the Vijayawada ACB Special Court.

According to the chargesheet, Chandrababu Naidu, the national head of the Telugu Desam Party and a former chief minister, broke the law in 2015 when he gave a favorite company a work order worth Rs 330 crore for the AP Fibernet project’s first phase. There was manipulation of the tender process.

The investigative agency informed the court that Hari Krishna Prasad, the managing director of Net India Hyderabad, was a member of the Technical Appraisal Committee, the Governing Council, the e-Governance Authority, the Electronics and IT Agency, and the Innovation Society at the time.

Chandrababu Naidu gets four weeks interim bail from High Court in skill development scam case

Skill Development Scam: The High Court has granted Chandrababu Naidu, the former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, a significant reprieve. He has been granted four weeks of interim bail by the court in the skill development scam case. Chandrababu Naidu has been given conditional bail by the court until November 24.

As per the court order, Naidu must surrender after four weeks (November 24). On November 10, the court will consider the primary bail petition in this matter. Naidu is only permitted to visit the hospital for a medical examination, according to other restrictions. They won’t be permitted to attend any other programs except from this one. Chandrababu Naidu has been directed by the High Court to refrain from engaging in political and media activities.

Remarkably, on September 10, former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu was taken into custody in relation to a purported scam involving Rs 371 crore and the state-run Skill Development Corporation. He has been detained by the Rajahmundry Central Jail since then.
