A CAG audit of the last 15 years of the Delhi Jal Board has been ordered by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. The CAG (Comptroller Auditor General of India) audit decision was made in response to concerns expressed about financial irregularities at the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
On Wednesday, this information was provided by CMO sources. He said there would be an audit of the last fifteen years’ worth of records. According to a source, “Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has directed to conduct an audit of Delhi Jal Board.” Since last month, the BJP and AAP have been at odds over purported anomalies in the Delhi Jal Board.
